Shipping & Returns
Please allow 4 to 10 days from the day of purchase to receive purchased items. Your order will come with a tracking number when shipped out, that will help you track your item and know the status of your purchase. Delivery time of some goods differ and will be advised at the time of purchase.
We ship to all 50 US States, Canada, and other international countries, however, shipping rates differ based on the country where items are being shipped too. For international shipping rates please contact us by email. Customer is solely responsible for any custom or duty fees accessed in their home country where package is being delivered.
All claims must be made within 30 days after the products have been received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not refund shipping or gift wrap charges. All returns must be authorized before sent back. If you would like to return a product from an order, simply contact us and a claim number would be issued to you for your merchandise. All merchandise must be sent back unopened in its original sealed packaging and packing slip. Expect your refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned item. If items were shipped to you for free please be advised that we will deduct the shipping cost from the credit we apply to your credit card. We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, so kindly make your selections carefully. Shipping cost for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards are non-returnable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, cosmetics or skincare goods due to health concerns. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. So, please shop carefully.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization. All returns must be authorized before sent back. If you would like to return a product from an order, simply contact us and a claim number would be issued to you for your merchandise.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The following information is needed for all returns to be processed. If this information is not provided, we will not be able to process your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address instructed by the customer service representative.
All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery Confirmation. We will not be held liable for any items that have not been delivered to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one billing cycle.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt after reporting the damages and filing a claim with the carrier. We can not replace damaged items that have not be reported to the carrier. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary. Please email us immediately so we can also verify and notify USPS, or UPS or FedEx or any other carrier of your damage claim while we also file a damage claim. Claims / Missing Items
Please notify us within 10 days if items shipped to you has not been delivered. We advise that you first use your tracking information to try to identify the location and status of your product. In this way, you can verify and know for sure whether your items are truly missing before contacting us.
We use an automated order processing systems, therefore we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed and submitted.
